About Us

Welcome to First Baptist Church of Jackson, LA. Since 1835, we have been a congregation committed to following Jesus Christ as Lord. We acknowledge the Bible as the Word of God and have services centered around biblical, Christ-centered preaching.

We invite you to join us this Sunday as we worship the Lord and encourage one another in fellowship. We have Sunday School classes for all ages at 9:00 am, followed by worship at 10:00 am. All are welcome!
